General Rules

Payment for all the courses offered to be made to Deeva India Ltd

Registration / course Fee/payment once paid cannot be refunded in any condition or situation.

All course / registration fee to be made in advance before the course starts.

Once the payment is made, it will remain valid for one month from the date the payment was made. Post that the payment stands cancelled without any prior notice. Payment once made is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once the payment is made, you are eligible for one months to avail our services. Post that no claims can be made.

The institute has the right to use your video, audio and image for company marketing, reference, social media etc.

Training faculty will be available as per their availability. The faculty can change any time without any prior notice.

Any promise regarding Training Services faculty Material Data and free service depends on the situation and availability can be change at any time without prior notice

You are not allowed to use our name logo or any picture without our official permission.

If you don’t follow the institute Rules & Regulations the institute is authorised to cancel your course registration at any time without prior notice and no refund will be given.

You are liable to accept our updated terms and condition for training and services, that we are updated on our website www.dheerajpandey.com from time to time.

About Online Training

Live sessions will be conducted as per the availability of the instructor. You will be sent log in details well in advance.

You can’t share the Id password or any other login information with any other individual/s. And you are not allowed to download or save any video, audio & images on your phone, computer or any other device. Also, you can’t share the same on social media or any other platform or else the institute can take legal action against you.

All printed material required during the course will be provided to the participants by the institute.

No recording of the video, audio or images is allowed in any live session.

One registration allows only one person to take the course, if two or more people join the course from one registration, registered person is liable to pay fees with penalty or a legal action can be taken and the registered person’s registration will be cancelled.

Participants need to keep their camera on during the live session or else they will be removed from the course.

To attend live sessions, all needed resources like a Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, Internet, Speaker, Notebook or any other thing needs to be arranged by the participant.

No special sessions will be provided for individual any person. Institute has right to reschedule lives sessions.

If an authorized person takes the course from your id/password, your registration stands cancelled.

Course certificate

You will be given a certificate after the completion of the course. The certificate could be digital or printed.
